The 2026 AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting & Exposition will be held August 29 through September 2, 2026 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana USA.

How To Register

• STEP 1 - If you want to become a member of AOAC INTERNATIONAL, we offer the option to Join + Register in a single transaction to receive the member discount on registration.  Click the "Join + Register" button at the top of this page and follow the prompts if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. Otherwise, skip to step 2.
• STEP 2 - Click "Sign In" at the bottom of the page to access your existing AOAC account if you are
  • a) already an AOAC individual member
  • b) wish to proceed as a non-member
  • Don't have an account with us? Choose "Create a New Account" link at the bottom. 
  • Registering on behalf of someone else?  Please send an email to Customer Service. 
• STEP 3 - Click the "Click Here to Register" button to proceed. By registering, every AOAC 2026 Annual Meeting Registrant agrees to abide by AOAC Meeting Behavior and Policies.
• STEP 4 - Choose your Registration Type. AOAC INTERNATIONAL offers discounted pricing to registrants from Developing Countries as identified by the World Bank's list.  Please check the list to determine eligibility for this discount prior to registering.
• STEP 5 - Click "Next."  Select any additional optional items (ex: optional training courses).
• STEP 6 - Please review your cart, provide payment information, and click "Check Out" to complete your registration. 
• STEP 7 - Check your e-mail for your confirmation receipt. 
• STEP 8 - If you would like to add a Guest registration, please contact [email protected].

• Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted by email to AOAC INTERNATIONAL Customer Service at [email protected] no later than August 11, 2026 and will require a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions from within the same organization are permitted up to five days before the event and will not incur an administrative fee.
