The 2024 AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting & Exposition will be held August 23 through August 28, 2024 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

How To Register

• STEP 1 - If you are not yet a member of AOAC INTERNATIONAL, we offer the option to Join + Register in a single transaction to receive the member discount on registration.  Please click the "Join + Register" button at the top of this page and follow the prompts if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.
• STEP 2 - If you are already a member or you wish to proceed as a non-member, click "Sign In" to access your account, or if you do not have an account with us, choose "Create a New Account." 
• STEP 3 - Click the "Click Here to Register" button to proceed.
• STEP 4 - Choose your Registration Type. AOAC INTERNATIONAL offers discounted pricing to registrants from Developing Countries as identified by the World Bank's list.  Please check the list to determine eligibility for this discount prior to registering.
• STEP 5 - Click "Next."  If you would like to add a Guest registration, please choose the option.  After making your choice, or if you are not registering a guest, proceed to by clicking "Check Out."  
• STEP 6 - Please review your cart, provide payment information, and click "Check Out" to complete your registration. 
• STEP 7 - Check your e-mail for your confirmation receipt.

• Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted by email to AOAC INTERNATIONAL Customer Service at [email protected] no later than August 10, 2024 and will require a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions from within the same organization are permitted up to five days before the event and will not incur an administrative fee.
